I initially received this song in the desert. It is the first song I ever wrote, and has gone through many evolutions since then. It is a song filled with powerful and heartfelt mantras, and all the melodies and prayers were received in ceremony. It felt aligned for me to deliver this song the exact way it was given to me, and now it has reached its peak fruition and is ready to be shared with the world.

I prayed with this song for years.

In healing through my past hurts of abandonment.
In forgiving experiences of physical and sexual abuse in my upbringing.
In releasing hurt in past relationships and friendships, and in forgiving my family.
In giving grace to myself for all the hurt that I had caused myself and others.
In creating harmony within myself as I returned to my Belongingness and to Source.

In my most dire moments, this song saved me, freed me, and returned me to who I really am. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to this song out in nature in a sacred journey, on my knees, arms wide open, crying and laughing at the same time at this Deep Remembrance and Cosmic Joke — that beneath all the illusion, we have and always been Infinite Love.

In my perspective, beyond any political/economic/psychological “battle” or “righteousness” that is present in our world, it is in the healing and freeing ourselves of the chains of past hurts and the illusion of separation that will bring the kind of harmonious Earth we want to live in. I hope this song is heart medicine for you as it has been for me.
